A look at our Engagement session
February 11, 2011 update...
Rebecca and I want to thank everyone we met at IUSA and the guys and gals we got to hang with again. More than 10,000 photographers came to San Antonio to hear some great speaking and learn more about their craft. We came away with so much more.....new friendships and mentors. New products are coming to our lineup and most will debut at the 2011 Murray Bridal Show in April. Had a wonderful trip out to Los Angeles the last weekend of January to hang out at Pictage HQ and serve two clients in Studio City and Palos Verdes. Hope to return in the summer. We are currently hiring our Senior Ambassadors for area high schools for the Class of 2012.
Now for a little bit about us. J Mark and Rebecca are a husband and wife phootgraphy team who shoot weddings and high school seniors across the country, including Nashville, Louisville, Mobile, Los Angeles and San Antonio, just to name a few cities. We love to shoot destination weddings and half of our yearly business is just that. 2011 will showcase our God-given talents in a greater extent and we can't wait to hang on and make this the best year to date.
Our style is compared to a fine art, photojournalistic on-location shoot that oozes with our passion for photography. We love shooting God's amaging creation and are blessed with the artistic eye to capture every moment possible during your wedding from the beginning of your day to the end of the reception. We continue to partner with GraphiStudio in Italy for providing amazing albums to compliment each wedding collection we offer. We've also introduced a new introductory package for those couples who have chosen to have a small and intimate ceremony. You can find more under the "Pricing" heading at the top of this page. If you are just eloping and only plan a simple wedding, we even have a offer for you...
Now a little more about us as EP!...our experience!
J. Mark has 28 years experience behind the camera as an award winning photojournalist, broadcast newscaster, and Fuji-film trained lab manager to capture every moment of your wedding day.... I shoot from the heart...images that I would want as if it were my own wedding. Just in the past three years I have documented over 60 events for our growing "family" of brides.
Rebecca began training with me in 2009 and joined the team of amazing photographers in 2010 as a accomplished artist in her own right, perfecting the EP! boudoir bridal shoot and couple portraits. She is also a full time college student working on her fine arts degree with a focus on teaching art and photography in our local schools. As a bonus, she is also learning to speak spanish and hopes to complete her studies in 2013.
We both shoot Canon digital camera's, but I started with film many years ago and still offer a film/digital package upon request. We are iterally everywhere during a ceremony and reception, snapping away with each taking hundreds of images during the course of the day. J Mark also provides a wideshot of your ceremony with a highlight video with an additional collection.
With all of our collections, you receive a DVD disc about two weeks following your wedding to view the wedding proofs in the leisure of your own home. We also post the images on our online gallery thanks to our partners at Pictage.com.
Our Engagement sessions are complimentary to every client. It's a chance for us to get to know you and your style, the best angles to capture you on your wedding day and for you to see how we will photograph you on your wedding day. The EP! session also is where the images for your event cards come from. The event cards again are a complimentary service that show your guests where they can go online to view your gallery and purchase them if they so choose. Since both services are complimentary, they are not available for a discount if you choose not to use them for your event.
